Responsibilities: Prepare representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds, and leases for a successful close Speak and engage with pre-qualified leads to figure out their wants and needs in a home Serve as an intermediary between the buyer and seller or listing agent to ensure mutual transaction satisfaction Ensure potential home buyers are well-informed about their local housing market Help clients through the home buying process including budgeting and mortgage options Arrange showings, show homes, and participate in open houses for prospective buyers Qualifications: Must have a valid Real Estate License 1+ years of buyer’s agent or relevant real estate experience High school diploma required, bachelor’s degree preferred Has superb interpersonal and communication skills Sufficient knowledge of the local real estate market and recent trends in the industry Must demonstrate a consistent record of real estate success Compensation: $100,000 in Commissions Opportunity Plus
