    Looking for a full-time appraisal assistant to join our Team! Here at The Mowery Group, we offer more than minimum wage! The starting pay will begin at $20/hour. This position provides the in-office experience and the luxury of working in the Appraisal and Real Estate industry. Do you want a set schedule and FREE weekends? Your new job will be Monday- Friday 8:30 AM- 5:30 PM with an hour lunch. This extraordinary position includes client communications and customer support such as scheduling new appraisal orders. Interested applicants must be excel, word, and email savvy. Must have a reliable source of transportation in order to install lockboxes, drop off flyers, and do any other necessary tasks for our listings. Don't worry! You will also be receiving mileage reimbursement! Organization and communication are key factors for our team. Applicants must have a high school diploma or GED. Some college experience is preferred, but not required. Additional tasks include scheduling appointments, entering orders, typing invoices, and learning all about appraisals and real estate. There is room for growth if you wish to obtain your appraiser's or real estate license! Hurry now before this desirable position is filled! PLEASE COMPLETE A DISC PROFILE TEST Responsibilities: • Handle deliveries and manage incoming and outgoing mail • Take incoming phone calls and respond to emails and ensure the appropriate people receive all relevant information • Welcome fellow employees, clients, and visitors when they enter the building and give them any pertinent information or directions • Schedule appointments and ensure the business calendar is accurate and up-to-date • Complete other administrative duties as needed such as data entry, paperwork, photocopying, etc. • Deliver flyers and lockboxes to listings. (must have an operating vehicle, will be compensated for mileage) Qualifications: Excellent written and verbal communication skills High school diploma or equivalent required Possesses a basic understanding of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and customer database systems • 1+ year of front desk receptionist experience or related job experience preferred • Has previous experience with word processing programs and basic computer skills • Comfortable taking telephone calls and mitigating stressful situations • Displays impeccable interpersonal, time management, organizational, and customer service skills • High school graduate, G.E.D. recipient, or equivalent Compensation: $18 - $20 hourly
