Our law firm is expanding and needs the help of a Director of Client Engagement to take our client relations to the next level and manage our growing caseload. Our ideal candidate is a sales guru who is great on the phone, a naturally compassionate and empathetic listener, and has a dedication to customer service and a passion for helping those in need. You should have some prior experience selling professional services of some type. Responsibilities: • Set appointments for potential clients that meet our criteria to keep our lawyers’ schedules organized and grow our caseload • Collect paperwork and enter data into our case management system to ensure a smooth onboarding for new clients and tidy management of case files • Coordinate awareness initiatives and foster relationships with other attorneys alongside the marketing team in order to help grow our prospective client base • Evaluate prospective client inquiries and phone calls, analyzing their case fit and making sure they feel seen and heard • Be a "TEAM" player and cover your fellow co-workers to help our firm help our prospective new clients find clarity around and relief from the situation that brought them to the Firm in the first place • Follow-up with PNC's who said no or are on the fence about hiring • Utilize a consultative selling approach when conducting sales calls to illustrate the "value" and "benefits" of our services • Update CRM system with details of all interactions with prospects and clients in a timely manner Qualifications: • Full familiarity with the Microsoft Office suite, with advanced Excel proficiency • High school diploma or equivalent needed, while a Bachelor’s degree is desired • Strong computer and data entry skills • Previous experience with CRM and case management software desired • Excellent and empathetic verbal and written communication skills required • Proven track record utilizing a consultative sales approach • Independent, self-starter who thrives on immersion in a rapidly changing environment and excellent problem-solving and analytical skills • Proactive, can-do attitude, with great follow-through and resourcefulness along with attention to detail • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to be personable yet persistent Compensation: $49,420 per hour with competitive bonus incentives Compensation: $49,920 yearly + bonuses
