    We are in search of a highly skilled and motivated Remote Law Firm Sales Manager who can successfully lead our sales efforts, fuel our revenue growth, and effectively oversee a team of talented sales professionals. As the Sales Manager, your primary role will be to oversee the entire sales process. This includes analyzing sales numbers, evaluating marketing strategies, and ensuring that our sales targets are not only met but exceeded. Your role will involve both strategic planning and hands-on execution to enhance our firm's market presence and profitability. Responsibilities: Lead and supervise the existing sales team, providing guidance, coaching, and performance feedback.Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and refine effective marketing strategies that support sales goals.Identify and explore new revenue opportunities, market segments, and potential clients.Develop and implement sales strategies, tactics, and action plans to achieve sales targets.Establish and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.Regularly review and assess the performance of the sales team, providing timely feedback and implementing improvement plans as needed.Work closely with senior management to set and communicate sales goals, objectives, and expectations.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between sales, marketing, and overall business objectives.Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitive landscape, and legal services market dynamics. Qualifications: • Minimum of 5 years of professional service sales experience, preferably within the legal industry or related field. • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth. • Previous leadership experience, demonstrating strong team management and coaching skills. • Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities, with a focus on building and maintaining client relationships. • Strategic thinker with a go-getter mindset, able to identify and seize opportunities for business expansion. • Analytical skills to interpret sales data, trends, and performance metrics. • Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented approach to achieving objectives. • Ability to work independently in a remote setting while also collaborating effectively with a virtual team. • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools. Compensation: $75,000-$80,000
