We are seeking a highly organized, creative, and proactive Executive Administrative Assistant to support the CEO. The ideal candidate will have excellent social media and marketing skills, a knack for research, and the ability to gather and present data effectively. This role requires a forward-thinking individual who is comfortable attending and coordinating events and has a strong ability to manage multiple tasks and projects.
Provide high-level administrative support to the CEO, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and handling correspondence.
Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents.
Conduct research, compile data, and prepare papers for consideration
Assist in the development and execution of social media strategies to enhance brand presence and engagement.
Monitor social media channels, respond to comments, and manage content calendars.
Plan, coordinate, and attend events, both internal and external, ensuring all details are meticulously managed.
Handle logistics, vendor coordination, and event promotions.
Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences as needed.
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform business strategies and decision-making.
Gather and analyze data to support various projects and initiatives.
Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations based on research findings.
Provide creative input and support for various projects and initiatives.
Assist in brainstorming sessions and contribute to strategic planning discussions.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to bring innovative ideas to the team.
Qualifications:
High school graduate
Associates degree or higher in business admin (preferred but not required)
Proven experience as an executive assistant or in a similar administrative role, preferably in a start-up or fast-paced environment.
Strong social media skills and experience with various platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn).
Experience in marketing and event coordination.
Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong research, analytical, and presentation skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with project management tools.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Creative, forward-thinking, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
Comfortable attending and representing the company at events.
