A single mother in Scotch Plains is looking for a full-time live-in or live-out nanny and house assistant for her 5-month-old child. The nanny would be helping to support both the mother and the baby. Willingness to travel is a must.

Duties include:

Caring for the baby. Preparing meals for the family. Doing laundry and dishes. Cleaning the home while the baby is napping. Shopping for groceries. Vacuuming. Making appointments for the children. Handling home bills and other needs. Willingness to assist with pets would be a plus.

The ideal nanny for this home is patient, calm, grounded, responsible, health-conscious, and comfortable with alternative medicine and home remedies. The nanny should be experienced with babies and assisting working mothers. The family is looking for a long-term employee to stay in the role as the baby grows. The caregiver should be flexible and willing to stay off their phone completely while at work.
