    We are seeking an enthusiastic Executive Assistant to support our CEO. This role is ideal for someone who is eager to grow and learn, who doesn’t mind working hard, and who is excited about being the right hand to a Founder and CEO of a fast-growing company.

    The selected candidate will have the ability to work independently on projects, from conception to completion, and must be able to handle a wide variety of activities and confidential matters with discretion.

    The Executive Assistant will be the primary point of contact – and a gatekeeper – for internal and external communications, owning his inbox, fielding calls, issues and projects, and ensuring our CEO is prepped for meetings and conference calls. This Executive Assistant must thrive in an entrepreneurial environment, pivoting quickly, preventing fires, and staying one step ahead of a lightening-paced CEO.

    *** Must live in or near the Westlake Village/Thousand Oaks area***

    Our ideal candidate is incredibly organized, extremely detail oriented, and technically savvy. You are super multi-tasker, a quick learner and comfortable talking to just about anyone. Above all, you are passionate about customer experience and love our product!

    Responsibilities include:

    • Works closely with the CEO to keep him well-informed on interactions, issues, commitments and responsibilities, following-up proactively as necessary
    • Review and screen incoming email correspondence and keep CEO aware of priorities
    • Take on or delegate tasks to ensure the CEO’s time is spent with the highest value projects and interactions
    • Ensure that all phone calls are made/responded to in a timely manner and all projects are appropriately documented
    • Providing a bridge for communication between the CEO and internal departments; demonstrating leadership and excellent service
    • Must be available after hours and occasionally on weekends for unexpected schedule changes and other administrative duties affecting the CEO.
    • Join conference calls, keep track of and take action on all CEO’s action item lists

    Qualified Candidates Will Possess the Following:

    • Strong organizational skills that reflect ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with excellent attention to detail
    • Proactive and “one step ahead,” able to not only complete a requested task, but also think through the context and implications to go “above and beyond”
    • Excellent communicator. Listens effectively; clarifies information as needed.
    • Self-starter: can take projects with little instruction and run with them to the successful completion.
    • Ability to work on multiple projects, manage priorities, and accurately set expectations
    • Excellent common sense and ability to make solid judgment calls autonomously
    • Ability to be flexible in response to changing priorities and needs
    • Tenacious and resourceful, with a real “can do” attitude to figure things out
    • Strong competency with technical projects a plus
    • Mastery with Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) required, along with an ability to learn new systems quickly and confidently

    This is an on-site, full-time, salaried position, with possibility for partial-remote once training is completed. Typical work schedule will be 8:00-4:30 PST, with occasional evening and weekend commitments, depending on the calendar and needs of the CEO.

    Compensation:

    • $60,000 starting annual salary with options to increase based on performance.
