    Job Description

    The Nature's Bounty Co.'s Communication team has an exciting opportunity for a Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Specialist.   This role will be responsible for supporting the Director in managing corporate social responsibility activities for The Nature’s Bounty Co. and the Nature’s Bounty Foundation in the U.S. and International markets.  

    Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

    • Manage all social media, communications and creative for CSR.
    •  Support in leading/Managing the Associate Volunteer Council – Nationwide
    • Develop and provide employees with the tools and guidance to become effective ambassadors for CSR.
    • Create strategic community involvement opportunities for associates
    •  Identify benchmarks and standards to measure the impact of CSR projects and strategies in alignment with targeted business objectives.
    • Create internal infrastructure to collect data, assess progress, measure performance and report on project outcomes.
    • Provides support for The Nature’s Bounty Co. global product donation program  
    • Assists with local fundraising donation requests
    • Manages opportunities to increase associate awareness of and involvement in corporate responsibility efforts.  Including photography and video opportunities.
    • Assist with the development and execution of strategic internal and external communication plans for one or more programs.
    • Assists with executing departmental events, including community events, sponsored events, media events, Foundation events (Golf outing, external events) and other special projects
    • Collaborates with Public Relations team to create and execute press conferences, including all logistical set up details 
    • Partners with internal groups when necessary, to assist in planning of external events

     

  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

     

    • 2+ years of related experience in a Corporate Communications role
    • Excellent project management skills including planning, organizing, and managing multiple projects at once
    • Bachelors degree required
    • Excellent writing, communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to interact with all levels within the company
    • Strong organizational skills to effectively assist in the management of multiple projects from inception to completion
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
    • Proactively able to manage work flow to meet deadlines
