    Job Description

    The Senior Compensation Analyst will provide analytical support in the administration of existing Compensation programs for a fast paced and growing PE-backed company.  This includes the administration of the equity program, participating in salary surveys, position benchmarking, managing ad-hoc Compensation projects as well as contributing to the administration of the Annual Merit and Incentive programs.  

    Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

    • Manages the day to day administration of the Management Equity Program
    • Establish, document, and execute processes and procedures in relation to the management and tracking of all aspects of the plan and record-keeping with vendor
    • Conducts job analyses and review position descriptions for appropriateness and confirmation of FLSA classifications
    • Benchmark positions for evaluation against market
    • Works as a team player to support and contribute to the successful administration of the Annual Merit and Incentive programs
    • Performs analyses and work within the Oracle application as assigned.
    • Determines the organization’s competitive pay structure by participation in salary surveys
    • Works collaboratively on compensation related projects on an as needed basis
    • Leads projects as assigned
    • Aides in the administration Annual Monthly/Quarterly Sales Commission awards and provides data to internal, external and other stakeholders relating to Compensation programs
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    • 3+ years of relevant experience in Compensation/Human Resources or related Consulting
    • Experience working with/administering an Equity program
    • Bachelor's Degree required; major in Business, Management, Accounting, Finance or related preferred
    • Advanced proficiency with Office Applications (Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
    • Strong attention to detail as well as analytical, verbal, written, and problem solving skills
    • Experience working within a fast moving consumer packaged goods (FMCG) organization, with a manufacturing component, a plus
    • Experience with writing reports and extracting data from an HRIS system (Oracle, PeopleSoft, Lawson, etc.)
    • Experience with Access and Visio
    • CCP Certification desired
