    Neach is partnering with a rapidly growing Automated Driving Systems startup to hire their VP Marketing. This position will be responsible to drive the company's position in the market as the enabler of digital transformation of ADAS / AV testing in the dynamic and fast-growing Autonomous Vehicle industry. This VP Marketing position will require close work with customers, partners, investors, and engineering to define the company's overall brand, product marketing architecture as well as positioning at different market segments, verticals, regulation, and standardization. The role requires you to take charge of a company’s marketing team, handle strategic brand management, review budgets, set goals, conduct market research, and help drive an appropriate image of the company. Reporting to the company CEO. Current team of 90, at least doubling in 2022.

    Responsibilities:

    • Refining and delivering, with relevant teams, all collaterals for product marketing, sales, application engineering, investment, standardization, and regulation
    • Analyzing existing branding and marketing strategies and improving upon them.
    • Leading a capable marketing team and delegating tasks fairly.
    • Preparing and reviewing monthly, quarterly, and yearly marketing budgets, and allocating resources
    • appropriately.
    • Conducting market research and implementing new strategies based on findings.
    • Monitoring industry trends and scheduling meetings to sharing new information with the team.
    • Closely monitoring competitors’ successes and failures and learning from them.
    • Supervising marketing events and launches and using these spaces to network with industry professionals.
    • Assisting with the recruitment, training, and onboarding of new staff
    • Personally, developing key product level messages, value propositions, advantages vs. homegrown alternatives and competitors, simplified technology and methodology descriptions, clear support for key elements of safety standards, areas where we add significant value in testing and where we don’t, areas we add value to safety standards and safety cases and where we don’t.
    • Tailoring key messages and details above for different segments and customer types, and developing tailored presentations and scripts to enable management, sales, and business development to effectively communicate to these different segments and customer types.
    • Having overall responsibility for our brand awareness and making sure it is out there, well represented, etc. Think of ways to improve our brand awareness - think of the right PRs that show accomplishments, etc.
    • Managing a team of internal employees and external agencies and contractors to promote the company and its products in outbound marketing events and digital marketing activities, including conferences, social media, and the website.

    Must have:

    • Extensive experience leading a marketing department at a high-tech company
    • Proven success in companies that became market leaders
    • Driven high valuation growth (driving next round investment)
    • Proven experience in product promotion and sales enablement
    • Proven experience in marketing for the automotive industry
    • Hands-on – able to create marketing material from scratch including material of a very technical product
    • Ability to thrive in a fast pace and pressure environment
    • Strong initiative and self-starter attitude
    • Capable of managing through change and conflict to achieve the optimum outcome for the customer and the business
    • Superb marketing and research skills.
    • Knowledge and practical experience with SEO, digital marketing tools, and related software.
    • Highly observant and analytical.
    • Strong leadership skills and the ability to make difficult decisions.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
    • BSc in marketing, branding, business, PR, or a similar field.

    Advantages:

    • Experienced working at a start-up company.
    • Master’s degree in business and/or marketing
    • Experienced in Business development of testing, simulation, or enterprise software
    • Experienced with simulations, robotics, and similar.
    • Experienced with the autonomous vehicles’ major players.
    • MBA with expertise in Marketing, entrepreneurship, or similar.
    • Project-management experience and skills.
    • An additional language as a fluent speaker.
    • Experienced with HW/Chip design and/or verification.
