We have an opening for a full time team member to photograph and video homes with occasional documentation of our team events as well. The ideal candidate will have an already established photography and videography portfolio, their own professional equipment, and reliable transportation. This is a driving intensive position as you will be photographing properties throughout San Antonio and the surrounding areas. You will also be responsible for some property listing marketing, including the development and design of flyers, signage, and content creation for our social media. You should be a great communicator, extremely reliable, exceedingly organized, and able to find creative solutions while being polite, polished, and professional. Responsibilities: • Photograph - video homes listed for sale ensuring properties are displayed in their best state • Drone footage of the exterior and neighborhood on select properties • Take room measurements of the properties being photographed • Help stage the home as needed during the shoot to ensure eye pleasing results • Ability to edit photos and videos to ensure top quality production • Contribute to and assist with content creation for our listings and the company • Maintain a flexible schedule and attend multiple shoots per day in order to meet the needs of our clients Qualifications: • Real Estate photography experience required • Drone/Aerial photography experience preferred • Experience with Matterport 3D photography is beneficial • Must have reliable transportation and valid driver's license • Responsible for storage, care, and maintenance of photography equipment • Upholds Neal and Neal Team's mission, vision, and values in all you do • Displays a strong attention to detail and professionalism • Understands our brand and aesthetic vision for a project and takes the necessary steps to achieve it • Maintains clear file organization • Works in collaboration with the Listing Management Department to learn the specifics of the brand and team workflow Compensation: $30,000 + Monthly Car Stipend
