You’ll act as the buyer’s main point of contact from the first message to the final sale and ensure they have a positive experience in their home-buying or selling journey. Responsibilities: • Coordinate efforts to negotiate property sale between buyer and seller or listing agent to achieve desired results • Manage facilitation of required documentation for purposes of legal property transactions and ensure a smooth close • Help clients through the home buying process including budgeting and mortgage options • Ensure potential home buyers are well-informed about their local housing market • Schedule showings, show homes, and go to open houses for potential buyers • Answer a high volume of lead calls and build your database • Ability to confidently and patiently nurture leads until they are ready to transact • Show properties across San Antonio to interested clients • Negotiate contracts with buyers and sellers • Prepare market analysis to determine property value for sales • Educate clients on real estate procedures • Work with your Transaction Management team to close the deal • Provide a 5-star experience to everyone you work with Qualifications: • Over 1 year of buyer’s agent or real estate experience preferred • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • High school diploma required, bachelor’s degree preferred • Experience with the local real estate market and general trends • An established track record of successful real estate sales • Full-time availability and flexibility for evenings/weekends • Self-motivation and drive to succeed at a high level • Willingness to learn new tools, systems, and technologies • Strong interpersonal and communication skills • Organizes and manages time effectively • Go-getter, energetic personality • Team player, coachable, and has a growth mindset • Sales experience and success record preferred Compensation: $100,000+ at plan commission
