With our tools, systems, leads, and coaching, you should be able to have contacts within your first 90 days on the team. Responsibilities: • Put in the work every day • Follow our proven model of success • Nurture and follow-up with a pipeline of leads • Help clients through the home buying process • Be committed to your own personal growth and development • Provide the 5-star caliber of service we are known for to every client • Use what we give you to build your own database Qualifications: • Must have a valid Real Estate license (or be close to obtaining it) • Successful sales, customer service, or teaching experience • Positive attitude and great communication skills • Willingness to learn and be coachable • High sense of urgency (speed to the lead!) Compensation: $70,000 - $100,000+
