Make money in the first 90 days! • TRANSACTION MANAGEMENT: A full support staff to assist you with everything from the pre-listing process, contract to close, booking inspections, following up with title and lender, etc • AN UNMATCHED CULTURE: The most important part! Responsibilities: • List and sell residential real estate • Follow the team's proven processes • Negotiate purchase agreements and contracts with buyers and sellers • Prepare market analysis to help determine property value • Educate clients on real estate procedures Qualifications: • Must have a valid Real Estate license (or be close to obtaining it) • Successful sales, customer service, or teaching experience • Positive attitude and great communication skills • Willingness to learn and be coachable • High sense of urgency (speed to the lead!) Compensation: $80,000 - $200,000+ at plan yearly
