From the Inside Sales Agent helping you convert leads into clients to the established Transaction Team coordinating the contract to close process, you are able to focus on what you do best: helping people buy and sell homes while providing the caliber of client experience NNT is known for. Responsibilities: • Do the "People work," not the Paperwork • Prospect for new business and follow-up with leads in your pipeline to ensure sales growth • Consult with clients to hone in their real estate needs • Negotiate contracts and provide your clients with the 5-star experience our team is known for • Consistently follow-up and check-in with clients to build your own referral database and invite them to our client appreciation events • Maintain your personal and professional goals Qualifications: • Active TX Real Estate License  • $1M+ closed sales volume in a calendar year • Growth-oriented mindset • Self-motivated and undying drive to be successful • Coachable attitude and willingness to be held accountable • Provide superior client care from first conversations to well after the transaction closes Compensation: $100,000+ yearly
