Responsibilities: Consistent lead follow-up to grow the sales pipeline • Do the "people work," not the paperwork • Prospect for new business and follow-up with leads in your pipeline to ensure sales growth • Consult with clients to hone in their real estate needs • Negotiate contracts and provide your clients with the 5-star experience our team is known for • Consistently follow-up and check-in with clients to build your own referral database and invite them to our client appreciation events • Maintain your personal and professional goals Qualifications: Show good organizational and time management skills Past sales experience is preferred • Active TX Real Estate License  • Growth-oriented mindset • Tech-savvy and eagerness to learn new systems • Self-motivated and undying drive to be successful • Coachable attitude and willingness to be held accountable • Drive to provide superior client care from first conversations to well after the transaction closes Compensation: $100,000+ yearly
