    Job Title: Events Crew Member

    Job Type: Part-Time

    Job Summary:

    The Events Support Coordinator plays a pivotal role in ensuring the flawless execution of large-scale events within our luxury hotel and events space. This dynamic position combines physical agility with meticulous attention to detail, as it involves both the physical setup of event spaces and the coordination of various elements to create unforgettable experiences for our clients.

    Key Responsibilities:

    · Execute the setup and breakdown of event spaces, including arranging furniture, decor, and equipment to meet client specifications and design standards.

    · Ensure that event spaces are visually appealing and properly organized before and after events.

    · Collaborate with Manager on Duty and Sales/ Events team to understand their event requirements, preferences, and vision.

    · Manage the timely delivery and pickup of equipment, materials, and decorations.

    · Conduct regular inspections of event spaces to ensure cleanliness, safety, and adherence to brand standards.

    · Troubleshoot and address any issues that may arise during events promptly.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    · High school diploma or equivalent; relevant college degree preferred.

    · Previous experience in event coordination, hospitality, or a related field is advantageous.

    · Physical fitness and the ability to lift and move heavy furniture and equipment.

    · Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

    · Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

    · Ability to remain calm under pressure and adapt to changing event dynamics.

    Additional Requirements:

    · Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, to accommodate event schedules.

    · Impeccable grooming and professional appearance.

    · A commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.

    · Knowledge of luxury hospitality standards is a plus.
