Responsibilities: • Have local knowledge of the community to answer questions about potential homes and the surrounding neighborhood • “Always be consulting” by providing your clients with your very best service and your very best advice to nurture client relationships and generate repeat and referral customers • Rigorously prospect for new business by following up with leads in your pipeline to ensure sales growth • Follow-up with leads to increase sales • Consult with buyer and seller clients to hone in their home wants and needs and close the deal • Perform and track daily lead generation and lead follow-up activities in our CRM • Set appointments with potential clients to show properties • Advise and educate your clients on real estate buying or selling • Conduct in-person and virtual consultations • Write, present, and negotiate offer contracts • Attend annual client events Qualifications: • Driven, self-motivated and desires professional growth • Top-notch time management skills and highly organized • Great communication and social skills • Technology driven • A proven record of sales experience and success is preferred Compensation: $75,000 - $250,000 yearly
