    At THE NEW PRIMAL, we create products that make healthy eating easy, convenient and delicious.  Our goal is to get more hands in the kitchen and more hearts around the table. 

    THE NEW PRIMAL Field Marketing Coordinator, Nashville job description: 

    Create awareness and trial of all THE NEW PRIMAL products at strategic local events and retail store level (in-store demos); activate sampling events throughout the Nashville area, influencer seeding, and product drops to create a personal connection with the consumer. 

    • Works closely with Director of Field Marketing to provide creative and strategic input in local and national program planning, including branding, sales initiatives and community building

    • Nurture new and existing retail accounts to create overall brand presence at store level

    • Merchandising and the ability to gain incremental space in store 

    • Develop effective and breakthrough field marketing initiatives that help create and increase brand affinity along all channels (customers, in store staff and event attendees) and help drive sales back to retail 

    • Connect with local key influencers, securing breakthrough events where THE NEW PRIMAL brand can thrive among attendees, creating future connections and brand affinity 

    • Complete weekly & monthly recaps of market execution 

    • Embrace, understand and implement THE NEW PRIMAL strategy  

    • Maintain accuracy of product inventory and tracking

    QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Valid state issued driver's license with clean driving record & reliable automobile

    • Strong networking and relationship building skills; energetic, motivated, outgoing, competitive and embraces the brand 

    • Ability to take direction well and contribute insights and knowledge gained in the field  

    • Multi-tasker who creatively and effectively solves problems 

    • Must be proficient in MS office 

    • Flexibility to work days, nights and weekends as needed - schedule will vary weekly. 

    • Creative, innovative, self-starter. 

    • High attention to detail - you are on top of your game and always looking for new opportunities. 

    • Must be able to engage a crowd with your wit and charm.  

    • This is a part time job, avg. 20-30 hours a week with the potential for growth opportunities within THE NEW PRIMAL

    • Compensation DOE ($22+/hr)
