We are looking for someone that can devote 20 to 30 hours a week to being a Customer Service Host or Hostess. Scheduled hours and days will fluctuate from week to week. And based on the schedule this Customer Service Host or Hostess will commute to either our Watertown or Rocky Hill locations to star their day.

The Customer Service/Host position involves driving to any of our seven testing locations (some of which are 90 minutes away) in order to help facilitate and run The Next Street driver’s tests. Many days would require getting up fairly early to make sure you are the first one at the testing location to help meet the DMV testing Agent and greet the first of 18 students that will come in that day to take their drivers test.

The Customer Service/Hosts secondary responsibility would include either picking up students from their house and bring them to the DMV or simply meeting students at the DMV in order to have them use our car for their driver's test.

The Testing Department is a crucial part of The Next Street and is the last step for our students. The Testing Department is the last interaction many students have with The Next Street and it is the Customer Service/Hosts responsibility to make that impression and the entire testing process as easy and stress free as possible.

Requirements:

• 20 - 30 Hours a Week

• Able to work with a fluctuating week-to-week schedule (including Saturdays)

• NEEDS current and valid Connecticut Driver’s Licenses

• Clean Driving Record

• High School Diploma

• Able to pass a Drug Test

• Able to pass a Background Check
