Job Title: Social Media Content Administrator
Reports To: Marketing Manager
Compensation: starts at $15/hr
Schedule: This is full time hourly position
Overview:
In this role, you will take ownership of all current TNS social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, Snapchat, Youtube, TikTok, Spotify, Yelp, Google) while keeping an eye on emerging platforms (twitch) and creating an optimized content strategy for each specific channel. You’ll manage all day-to-day interactions with audiences on all channels. You’ll grow our audience as we open new locations in new markets. You’ll create great content that connects with and understands our target customer’s needs.

Be social media obsessed
Have a deep appreciation and curiosity for pop culture, trends and viral content
Understand social media content strategy and have an eagerness to learn more
Be a goal-oriented self-starter – the ability to take initiative on ideas, projects and learning is key to success in this role
Have an understanding of how to connect and engage with our target customers
Be able to create great content quickly
Responsibilities and Duties:
Host monthly brainstorm meeting with Marketing team to source new content ideas.
Plan monthly content calendar for all social media channels
Record, edit, distribute meeting notes and organize content ideas
Create production checklist for each piece of content
Cast, schedule and organize all details for photoshoots
Create content that resonates with our target customer’s interests
Monitor comments, reviews, questions and tagged content across all social media channels
Track, analyze and share KPI reports with Marketing team to optimize content performance and audience growth
Track and monitor KPIs in real time to adjust or pivot strategies, tactics and content development as needed; synthesize analytics to inspire new ideas
Work with our customer service team to resolve issues, feedback and questions. Then bring this insight to content creation to deliver what our customers want.
Create robust and engaging influencer strategies navigating both macro and micro trends
Comprehensive, nuanced understanding of all social platforms, including emerging creative sensibility and a keen eye for look and feel; editorial storytelling experiences a big plus
