Responsibilities: • Learning and utilizing cutting-edge CRMs and other technologies to maximize productivity and achieve revenue goals • Accepting inbound calls, emails, texts, and referrals as part of established outreach and sales initiatives to potential clients • Building strong relationships with clients to understand their specific needs and desires as home buyers or sellers • Accurately qualifying potential clients to ensure efficient use of time and resources • Practicing and internalizing scripts through role play to enhance communication skills • Following up with all leads in the pipeline and maintaining regular contact with clients • Building strong relationships with agents on our team to promote teamwork and collaboration • Building and maintaining relationships with our lender partners, serving as a helpful resource to clients Qualifications: • Exceptional verbal communication skills and a dedication to providing outstanding customer service • Strong listening skills and the ability to understand and respond to client needs • Resilience and a high level of energy to tackle new challenges with enthusiasm • A willingness to obtain a Real Estate License to further your professional development • Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering the highest quality work • Unquestionable work habits, including a strong work ethic and a focus on achieving goals • Absolute fearlessness in pursuing new opportunities and overcoming obstacles • An ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies to stay ahead of the competition Compensation: $75,000+
