Your tasks will include carefully curating a list of homes and presenting the ones that fit the client's criteria. After a client has chosen a property of interest, it will be your role to offer a tour and assist in transitioning them to the primary agent once they are ready to make an offer. Responsibilities: • Collaborate with the lead agent to deliver exceptional client relationship management services in the field • Scout and identify desirable properties that align with our clients' needs and preferences • Skillfully manage the contract-to-close process to ensure timely and accurate completion • Maintain a well-organized weekly schedule to maximize productivity and efficiency • Foster strong communication and coordination with our team admin to elevate the overall client experience • Demonstrate a strong ability to work in the field, spending ample time in your vehicle to show properties and meet with clients • Work closely with buyer clients to refine their needs and preferences after viewing properties, ensuring optimal satisfaction • Exemplify a deep commitment to providing a world-class client experience at every turn • Maintain a flexible schedule that may require some evening and weekend availability, as needed Qualifications: • Active Real Estate License • Valid Drivers License and access to a reliable vehicle • Flexible schedule with open availability to accommodate client needs • Strong people skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Exceptional organizational and time-management abilities • Demonstrated ability to work effectively within a team dynamic • Self-discipline and a results-driven mentality • Ambitious and highly motivated to achieve success • Proven track record of success in real estate or related field • Adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment • Strong desire to contribute to and thrive within a collaborative team culture Compensation: $55,000 - $100,000
