Responsibilities: • Lead clients through home showings, providing an exceptional journey every step of the way. • Match clients with homes that fit their vision, drawing on your local know-how. • Assist the lead agent in managing inspections, walk-throughs, appraisals, and closings, making every transaction smooth. • Work alongside the team to convert leads into lasting client relationships, contributing to our growth and outreach. • Foster strong bonds within the team and with our clients, elevating the entire TNG experience. Qualifications: • You have an active Real Estate License. • You own a reliable vehicle and have a valid driver’s license for client showings. • You’re a communication pro, making every interaction count. • You’re organized, and adept at handling multiple clients and listings simultaneously. • Your personality lights up the room, making every client feel special. • You’re adaptable and ready to meet the ever-changing demands of the market. • Your goal-oriented approach and passion for real estate drive you to succeed. • Teamwork is in your DNA, always looking for ways to grow together. • You bring sales experience with a solid track record of success. Compensation: $25 - $50 hourly + bonus
