Your job is to assist in the beginning stages of the home-buying journey, offering tours and seamlessly transitioning clients to the primary agent when they're ready to proceed. This full-time role comes with a competitive base salary and bonus potential. Responsibilities: • Partner with an agent to give excellent client service in showings. • Search for and present properties that meet client needs. • Conduct detailed tours of properties, providing insights and answering client questions. • Navigate the contract-to-close process with precision and punctuality. • Keep an organized and efficient weekly schedule. • Commit to fieldwork, including property showings and client meetings. • Adjust client preferences based on property feedback to ensure satisfaction. • Commit to the gold standard of client service at all stages. Qualifications: • Valid real estate license. • Driver's license and dependable vehicle. • Flexible work hours to suit client demands. • Personable, with excellent communication and organizational skills. • Effective teamwork and independent work capabilities.
