    As a Client Intake Specialist, you have to excel at tracking data in spreadsheets and software systems, interpreting that data for the owner, reporting on sales and marketing trends, and thinking of creative ways to adjust the strategies we are employing if the data indicates a change needs to be made. The Client Intake Specialist must have experience in the sales of products - having sold luxury products is a plus. Most importantly the Client Intake Specialist must be able to empathize with others, maintain confidentiality, be encouraging, and have the ability to make others feel comfortable and heard. Spanish speaking preferred. Responsibilities: • Conduct in-depth in-person and telephonic meetings with potential new clients to perform a needs analysis • Onboard new clients • Manage the lead list and track conversion in CRM • Produce weekly lead conversion reports for review with the Owner. • Employ pre- and post-engagement glide path • Find and participate in networking activities on behalf of the Firm • Work with the Marketing Assistant to plan networking activities for the staff and Owner • Manage client feedback and reviews *In accordance with the ethical rules governing lawyers, the Client Intake Specialist will not provide legal advice, quote a fee that has not been authorized by the attorney, or sign an engagement with a client. Rather, the Client Intake Specialist will prepare prospective clients for entering into an engagement with the Owner or other designated attorney. Qualifications: • You MUST be empathetic • You MUST be a good listener • You MUST have sales experience and sales training • You MUST be willing to travel for periodic sales training • You MUST be willing to make yourself available to make and receive calls on the weekends and after regular business hours if a lead comes in. • Spanish fluency is strongly preferred The ideal candidate is someone who is hungry for the lead - not someone who will just sit back hoping the phone will ring. If the phone is not ringing... make it ring. The ideal candidate will be organized about tracking, taking notes, following up, and analyzing where a person is in their life, where they want to get to, and whether our firm is the one who can help get them there. Compensation: $40,000 + Quarterly Bonuses
