What We’re Looking For
We are looking for a passionate and driven Client Experience Specialist to join our team. In this role, you’ll help hold client relationships and monitor industry trends in our Product Verification Program. Specifically, you will be proactively building meaningful client relationships, and identifying educational and marketing opportunities for clients. This role includes relationship building, the ability to absorb and apply program knowledge, and an openness to ongoing development. We want a teammate committed to continually developing themselves alongside their team. The Client Experience Specialist will report directly to the Client Experience Manager and will work with the Client Experience (CX) Team to further develop our rapidly growing verification program.
