The Noonan Team is Growing! We have an exciting opportunity for a Marketing Coordinator to join our growing real estate team at our COMPASS office in Dana Point. This is an IN OFFICE position only. The ideal candidate will have a well-developed capacity for coordinating and implementing marketing communication projects with responsibilities in social media, public relations, search marketing, advertising, brand stewardship and special events management. Most importantly, we need someone who can help us with production on our TV Show 'American Dream TV:Orange County' and our magazine 'Coastal Curated'. You can also find us on Facebook and Instagram. In addition to marketing, brand, and social media-related work, this position will also share a role in tracking sales data; maintaining collateral and marketing materials inventory; maintaining databases; and preparing reports. Responsibilities: Update all Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and other social media posts and respond to followers Develop marketing materials and advertising campaigns from conception to completion that are timely and effective Manage website design, content, SEO development and tracking analytics to ensure all content is up to date and relevant Make sure all company materials are accurate and relevant in accordance to company compliance policies Support the company and agent by tracking incoming leads/prospects so marketing campaigns can be adjusted accordingly to help ensure company growth • Must have good writing skills • Candidate should be comfortable dealing directly with clients Qualifications: 2+ years of experience in Marketing Bright, upbeat, energetic and have strong communication skills Develops innovative forward design concepts Team player Compensation: $55,000 yearly
