As a listing specialist you will be meeting with prospective clients to sell their home. Learning our listing presentation and the ability to present our value proposition in a professional manner is a must. Responsibilities: You will be assisting with all aspects of the listing process: • Setting up appointments • Attending a variety of appointments • Meeting with contractors • Answering client questions • Scheduling as well as conducting, listing presentations for our future clients • Work with clients to stage, price and market their homes • Work with expired leads and FSBO lead sources • Prospecting via telephone Qualifications: • High energy required! • Quick on your feet. • Professional attitude and appearance. • Possess ability to connect with a variety of personalities. • Willing to work hard for results. • Passionate about selling. • Enthusiastic with excellent people skills. • Independent and self-motivated. • Ability to communicate effectively, both oral and written. • Takes pride in meeting goals. • Extremely strong phone skills; ability to set and close appointments over the phone. • Ability to use or quickly learn real estate specific CRM and marketing / lead technologies. Compensation: $65,000 - $120,000+ commission sales
