    The Role

    We are currently seeking a Technical Recruiter with an entrepreneurial spirit and a passion for client service to join our team. In this position, you will be responsible for sourcing and recruiting Technical and Executive professionals to serve our clients in roles on a permanent basis. You will be responsible for identifying and attracting top-performing professionals both in response to our Clients’ current openings and on a proactive basis.

    • Serve as a trusted advisor to our clients and candidates
    • Communicate with the clients/prospects and understand the specifications for the search and agree on the sourcing strategy and goals
    • Use sourcing tools and techniques such as online social networking, traditional networking, Boolean searches, and referrals to identify and attract qualified candidates
    • Maintain records of sourced candidates and document feedback from candidates in applicant tracking system
    • Develop and continuously manage qualified candidate pipeline and provide status updates of available candidates to team
    • Source, recruit, and interview qualified candidates for the fulfillment of open jobs
    • Prepare job descriptions, resumes and candidate presentations
    • Present candidates to clients, including oral and written communication of qualifications/experience
    • Provide support for placement of candidates including, scheduling interviews, briefing candidates before the interview and debriefing following interview
    • Negotiate/close on compensation packages with candidates and clients
    • Prepare and complete candidate/client contracts
    • Check and prepare candidate references, upload documentation to applicant tracking system
    • Correspond with candidates regarding general questions, interviewing, and onboarding information
    • Manage ongoing engagements, including periodic meetings/calls with placed candidates and hiring managers; provide and document engagement status updates
    • Pursue new clients and new business opportunities

    Qualifications:

    • Experience or interest in full-cycle recruiting; agency recruiting with a technology focus preferred
    • An undergraduate degree from a top university with a GPA of 3.0 or higher is required
    • Between zero and five years of work experience is required (recent grads welcome)
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a confident and approachable presence
    • Works well in a collaborative team dynamic but can also deliver results independently
    • Proven track record of success in a fast-paced environment
    • Excellent computer skills: MS Office Suite and Google G Suite
    • Demonstrated ability to accept and implement feedback; coachable
    • Inside sales or customer-facing experience, a plus but not required
