    Job Summary: The Sales Operations Director will play a critical role in managing and driving best-in-class sales operations processes across the product portfolio. This person will provide logistical and analytical support for the sales team including pipeline management, contract negotiation and execution, incentive compensation, and pricing sensitivities.

    As a Sales Operations Director you will:

    • Serve as the primary point of contact and legal escalation filter for sales team
    • Manage the collation of required contracts and associated signing process
    • Partner with legal department for negotiation process and contract structuring
    • Assist finance, where necessary, in the creation, design, implementation, and reporting of incentive compensation plan
    • Track and measure key strategic measures identified by leadership team
    • Partner with Marketing department to evaluate the performance of funnel and conversion rates
    • Work with business unit General Managers and Finance to determine annual quotas and plot performance against
    • Analyze and report performance results of customers, regions, territories, reps to key stakeholders
    • Develop, prepare, and publish a monthly comprehensive Business Unit scorecard with specific actionable recommendations for performance improvements
    • Drive a level of standardization across the selling process
    • Workstream lead for CRM migration of acquired companies
    • Develop standard monthly reports and analyses to support the business unit leaders and their teams

    The successful Sales Operations Director candidate will have:

    • BA/BS Degree in a related field
    • Minimum of 7 years of related experience in Sales Analytics/Operations
    • Software industry experience required
    • Outstanding analytical capabilities and ability to distill large data sets into meaningful information
    • Proficient in SalesForce.com
    • Strong interpersonal, verbal/written communication, organization and customer service skills
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and simultaneously manage multiple projects, priorities and deadlines; outstanding project management and time management skills
    • Proven track record of success in Sales Analytics/Ops and effectively implementing tools and processes to enhance the function
    • Innovative, creative mindset
    • Demonstrated ability to effectively collaborate with colleagues and leaders across the organization
