Job Description

• Provide day-to-day support to the client engagement team in a manner that mirrors the adopted mission and core values of the company
• Become an internal expert for all assigned clients and products
• Help to build strong, lasting client/agency relationships based on achieving clients’ marketing objectives with efficiency that results in profit to the agency
• Field client comments to ensure that desired modifications (i.e. copy or layout changes) are documented, communicated, and implemented
• Prepare associated project work orders
• Coordinate special projects/items for clients
• Assist the CED/CEM in coordinating with the project management team and become familiar with project management tasks as staffing/work volume demands
• Help prepare estimates, timelines and reports
• Have familiarity with routing and project trafficking
• Assist in the prompt and accurate billing of the agency’s charges
• Help monitor and contain project expenses

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree
• 1-3 years’ experience of agency support, sales, and/or marketing experience
• Solid understanding of the marketing communications mix (ads, mail, collateral, interactive, etc.) and its’ uses
• Superior presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Proactive, self-motivated, well organized, a team player
• Good judgment, and good decision-making and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
• Ability to travel to client meetings and trade shows
• Experience in Healthcare or Pharma preferred
