Job Description
The responsibilities of the Digital Marketing Manager can be broken into the following categories:
Website and Digital Lead Generation Strategy
- Architecture design and publishing content in WordPress.
- SEO, SEM, and social media management, such as Facebook, Linked In, Instagram, and Twitter.
- Analytics and KPIs tracked through google analytics, call rail, and ZOHO.
- Hands-on tracking daily, weekly reporting, and quarterly reviews performance measurement.
- Utilization of insights to inform and improve performance.
- Collaborate and coordinate with internal stakeholders and external partners on digital projects.
- Manage external vendors, developers, agencies, contractors, etc.
- Collaborate with sales and leadership team
Guide and Measurement of the Customer buying experience
- Develop and provide the best client experience in digital channels.
- Understand how website and all digital channels interchange with sales & marketing automation system (ZOHO) and being able to measure, analyze and provide insights
