Job Description
In this role, you will be tasked with all things HR. We are in need of a talented team player with a broad base on HR knowledge to help tackle:
- Recruiting - helping the individual restaurants select candidates and make great hires!
- Compliance - accidents happen and we want to ensure all paperwork and communications are handled accurately
- Benefits - Negotiation and Enrollment, we need someone who can help navigate the waters
- Employee Relations - with over 700 employees in our 21 restuarants, employees are our core. Sometimes our field management team can use a sounding board or advice to walk them through an issue
- Training and Development - working with field managers to identify and mentor our next generation of leaders within our organization
- Legal Stuff - we have an outside counsel, but we need someone savvy enough to know when they are needed and how to translate the informaiton the need.
It may sound like a lot, but we are strong company with great people. In 20 hours a week, with flexibility around the schedule, we believe this will keep someone busy (but not overwhelmed).
