Inside Sales Concierge (ISA) opportunity for appointment setting in real estate sales The top producing Real Estate team in all of Delaware,Ocean City and surrounding counties, Mid-Eastern Shore MD, Anne Arundel County, MD, and Chester County PA is looking for an experienced, skilled, self-motivated individual to fill an Inside Sales Agent (ISA) opportunity remotely. Our ideal candidate has the credentials of an experienced ISA and loves to cold-call potential clients as well as work with warm in-bound calling clients. You will use your confident phone presence to set agent appointments. This repetitious and vigorous position requires a friendly, driven, outgoing demeanor as well as a love of talking on the phone and building an immediate rapport with strangers. We require a person who enjoys engaging others in conversation and is great at nurturing relationships. Our ideal ISA has experience in cultivating leads but most importantly at setting appointments as well as documenting all client communication in the CRM - Follow Up Boss database with the appointment set on a google calendar documented in Sisu. The ISA position is often the first impression prospective clients have with our company so rapport, personality, communication skills, and attention to detail are crucial to the success of this person. The ISA has the ability to articulate the company’s values while confidently controlling the conversation and setting valid appointments and that is the name of the game. Consistent role playing opportunity is provided for successful conversations Responsibilities: • Including: Primary duties include outbound calling, video text, e-mail communication, appointment setting on a google calendar and Sisu, utilization of Google Suite, scheduling of real estate buying/selling opportunities, and assisting in the overall management of the real estate pipeline through the complete sales cycle • Familiarity with a successful CRM system- Follow Up Boss as well as utilizing a dialer system • Varied bonuses set for appointments kept as well as successful transactions that lead to settlement • Rigorous prospecting for new business and follow up with leads in your pipeline • Knowledge of voice drops is desired • Warm leads are nurtured to set appointments for the agents • Participation in ongoing role playing is provided for successful conversations • Accurately qualify potential customers for appointments to hand off to experienced real estate agents on the team • Follow scripts to deliver the team value proposition and handle objection • Collaborate with the other ISA's to have a smooth-running and effective team environment • Collaborate with the agents in appointment setting and making sure they are to keep and follow through on their appointments • Flexible decision making in creating appointments Qualifications: • Has excellent organizational, time management, and follow-up skills for this fast pace opportunity done from home • Practice and memorize proven scripts with role-playing and coaching opportunities • Is a driven, dynamic, and well-spoken individual with extremely strong phone skills that lead to appointments and the ability to use a 3+ dialer system • Ability to communicate effectively orally and document written dialogue conversation between you and the potential client. • Have the ability to be dynamic in setting appointments over the phone and provide the details of the appointment to the agents • Ability to use or quickly learn real estate specific terms, CRM system, marketing/lead technologies, and proven scripts • Work remotely from home with a dedicated work environment • Has an updated phone, laptop or desktop, and internet services. • Ability to use Zoom, Google meet and /or UBER conference • Highest level of integrity and respect for all members of the team$15 hourly wage with bonus compensation COMPENSATION Compensation: $15 hourly wage + bonuses for appointments set
