Oliver Royale is looking for a skilled Bartender to join our team. As part of our dedicated team, you'll play a pivotal role in enhancing guests' overall experience, making every visit unforgettable. Responsibilities: • Professionally and amicably providing all guests with exceptional service • Focusing on performance, productivity and teamwork for the entirety of the shift • Behaving with poise and composure under pressure and high-volume • Communicating to leadership and teammates when help/assistance is needed • Having extensive knowledge of spirits, cocktails, and bar preparation techniques • Explaining menus to guests with ability to answer all questions seamlessly • Aiding with opening duties, closing duties, and cleaning tasks • Demonstrating proper drink construction and pour consistency • Maintaining bar cleanliness and stocking to a high standard • Assisting with events/buyouts as needed Qualifications: • Bartending experience required • Hospitality experience required • Must be eligible to work in the USA Compensation: $3 hourly + tips
