Responsibilities: • Identify and generate high-value business opportunities for our sales team to pursue and close. • Utilize various methods such as calling, texting, or emailing to prospect leads and engage with potential customers. • Stay informed about competitors' products or services to develop effective selling strategies. • Attend online meetings and company trainings to stay updated on product knowledge and sales techniques. • Collaborate with sales management to set and achieve goals, and continuously improve the sales process. Qualifications: • Previous experience in customer service or sales is highly desirable. • Familiarity with the sales process and CRM software is a plus. • Strong team player with excellent organizational skills and a proactive attitude towards problem-solving and goal achievement. • Outstanding negotiation, interpersonal, presentation, persuasion, and communication skills. • This position is 100% commission only. Compensation: $80,000+
