Responsibilities: Schedule showings, show homes, and go to open houses for potential buyers Contact and follow-up with pre-qualified leads to assess their wants and needs in a home Create documents such as representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds, and leases to close the sale Act as the intermediary between the client and the listing agent to ensure a smooth real estate transaction Make sure buyers clients go through a seamless home purchasing process including helping buyers choose mortgage options that fit their budget • Develop expert knowledge of schools and neighborhoods • Enter buyers in CRM and update contact information and needs • Analyze buyer's needs and wants • Assist in obtaining loan pre-approval • Attend inspections • Provide comparative market analysis • Negotiate offers and inspection repairs Qualifications: Must have a valid U.S. driver’s license and can travel by car 1+ years of buyer’s agent or relevant real estate experience Must demonstrate a consistent record of real estate success Must possess great communication and interpersonal skills Candidate should have a high school diploma, bachelor’s degree preferred Experience with the local real estate market and general trends • Good organization skills and ability to time block • Quick decision-making capabilities and problem-solving skills • Proficiency in using customer database software – Follow Up Boss, Ylopo, • Strong computer skills including MS Office, DropBox, ZipForms, Docusign, etc • Excellent work attendance record  • High school graduate • 1-3 years real estate sales experience • Proven track record producing at least $1,000,000 in production over the last 12 months Compensation: $100,000 - $120,000 yearly
