    We're looking for a talented, professional buyer's agent to join our expanding team of real estate professionals. You will be responsible for consulting with and guiding our clients through the entire home buying process. From contacting pre-qualified leads to showing homes to the negotiation process and final sale, you will be the buyer's point of contact, and ensure they have a positive experience. Responsibilities: Arrange showings, show homes, and participate in open houses for prospective buyers Prepare representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds, and leases for a successful close Help clients through the home buying process including budgeting and mortgage options Speak and engage with pre-qualified leads to figure out their wants and needs in a home Serve as an intermediary between the buyer and seller or listing agent to ensure mutual transaction satisfaction • Develop expert knowledge of schools and neighborhoods • Enter buyers in CRM and update contact information and needs • Analyze buyer's needs and wants • Assist in obtaining loan pre-approval • Attend inspections • Provide comparative market analysis • Negotiate offers and inspection repairs Qualifications: Possess a valid U.S. driver’s license and can travel by car Experience with the local real estate market and general trends At least one year of experience as a buyer’s agent or relevant real estate experience Excellent communication and interpersonal skills High school diploma required, bachelor’s degree preferred • Good organization skills and ability to time block • Quick decision-making capabilities and problem-solving skills • Proficiency in using customer database software – Follow Up Boss, Ylopo, • Strong computer skills including MS Office, DropBox, ZipForms, Docusign, etc • Excellent work attendance record  • High school graduate • 1-3 years real estate sales experience • Proven track record producing at least $1,000,000 in production over the last 12 months Compensation: $100,000 - $120,000 yearly
