We are looking for high-energy people to help our growing Sales and Marketing consulting firm! Our interns receive real-world experience and hands-on training, development, and mentorship from top-performing sales and marketing executives. While there are limited performance-based bonus opportunities, this is regarded as an UNPAID internship. Opportunity for bonuses is offered to all participants, but are not entitled or guaranteed; the experience, skills, and networking gained from this internship serves as compensation for the internship. Interns work both individually and in teams to create scaleable, real-world sales and marketing initiatives. All positions within our company are promoted from within; top performers may be offered part-time or full-time career opportunities within the company in administration, HR, sales, marketing, or management. Required: • Student Mentality • Positive attitude • High Integrity • Participate in Zoom meetings for 90 minutes, 2 days per week • 20 hours time commitment each week • Professionalism • Ability to efficiently and consistently create engaging online content • Ability to work well both individually and collaboratively with a team DESIRED: • Basic social media events, ads, and marketing skills • Basic understanding of LinkedIn • Experience with Instagram stories and Tik Tok • Competitive sports experience • Are force-sensitive • Attended Hogwarts SKILLS LEARNED: • Inside Sales • Business Career Skills • Corporate Recruiting • Hiring and HR Skills • Professional Networking • Communication Skills • Social Media Marketing • Email Marketing Responsibilities: PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES: • Create and Send emails, make basic calls, and set appointments for sales personnel • Work with influencers, executives and network with top-performing business insiders • Track and Present online presence data and traffic • Create strategic ads, marketing materials, and sales collateral SECONDARY RESPONSIBILITIES: • Curate, manage and schedule professional social media accounts • Digital content creation • Video and media editing • Marketing duties (logistics, writing copy, updating documents, etc) Qualifications: • This is an entry-Level internship. Experience is helpful, but not required. We welcome applicants of all backgrounds and experiences. • This internship is designed as a stepping stone for those who wish to get their foot in the door to the business world or to decide if the corporate path is truly for them. • While the post-secondary school has countless benefits for its attendees, we respect and appreciate that colleges are not the sole providers of quality education.
