    Long Beach based Real Estate Group in search of a Marketing and Social Media expert. The ideal candidate for this role is an exceptional marketing professional who helps set and implement the marketing plans for the Company. This individual should be located in or within close proximity to Long Beach. Reporting to the Team Lead, the Digital Marketing Coordinator demonstrates expertise in SEO and website management to big-picture strategy and conceptualizing design/layout, content creation, graphic design, and social media. If you are highly organized, can work well under pressure are a team player and enjoy being creative then we would like to talk with you. The Digital Marketing Coordinator is highly organized and able to handle feedback in a professional manner and translate it successfully. Working alongside our sales and administrative team, this individual will oversee multiple marketing plans simultaneously and manage outside contractors while upholding the Company brand culture and guidelines.  Responsibilities: • Create innovative marketing campaigns and develop multiple marketing strategies from planning and development to execution • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor offerings, and demographic data • Manage and develop creative content for multiple social media accounts • Manage and increase brand awareness on Google, oversee PPC and SEO • Manage and increase audience as well as brand awareness on YouTube • Assist with video creation and content • Conceptualize and oversee graphic design to develop sales support material including brochures, postcards, website updates maintenance, presentations, videos, and merchandise to increase sales, brand awareness, and product knowledge • Investigate the performance of the company's marketing campaigns and strategies through evaluating key performance metrics • Must be organized with exceptional communication and writing skills • Ability to meet deadlines and work well under pressure • Self-starter with a warm, friendly, and enthusiastic personality • Correspond via email and phone with customers, vendors, and employees • Must be coachable, have a desire to learn, and a desire to succeed • Must be reliable, dependable, and on time • Able to follow directions, systems, and procedures • Must be a TEAM PLAYER and know how to have fun Qualifications: • Excellent analytical skills • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills • Previous and proven digital marketing experience (2-3 years minimum) • Proficient in Photoshop In-Design, Canva, Illustrator, Microsoft Office Suite and content management software • Experience with HTML and SEO/SEM • Proven success with Google analytics • Experience with YouTube ad management • Highly creative with experience identifying target audiences • Ability to manage others • Familiar with web design and maintenance • Fluent in all major social media platforms: Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Google, TikTok and LinkedIn • Must be organized and detail orientated with the ability to work independently with little supervision Compensation: $47,000 - $60,000 Plus bonuses
