    We’re looking for a driven and dedicated administrative assistant to join our growing team. Your job will be to complete and file the appropriate paperwork for transactions, oversee important deadlines and notify clients when necessary, adhere to company systems and procedures, and coordinate schedules for final walkthroughs and other appointments. You’ll also work with the marketing department to develop postcards, brochures, and the production of all marketing materials as well as facilitate local events to foster connections with people in the community. Responsibilities: Compile and distribute weekly/monthly reports and communicate key results to the rest of the team to ensure company goals are being met Monitor deadlines and provide notices to appropriate parties when necessary Assist the real estate team in facilitating local events to foster connection to people in the neighborhood Supervise production of all online marketing materials as well as brochures and flyers for events to professionally represent the real estate team Take part in employee development programs to strengthen existing skill sets in real estate administration • Must be proficient in Photoshop, InDesign, Canva, Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point • Manage and execute print deliverables such as postcards, brochures, and newsletters • Manage and execute time-sensitive marketing material such as property brochures and the monthly newsletter. Adhere to deadlines • Be willing to drive to listings to assist with staging, delivery of brochures, sign riders, meet with photographers, install lockboxes, and meet with printers etc. • Pick up and deliver to printers • Assist with data entry • Assist with managing the SalesForce contact management system (Sierra Interactive) • General filing and answering phones Qualifications: Prior experience in the real estate industry or as an office manager Candidates are required to have a high school diploma or GED Excellent written and verbal communication skills Available evenings and weekends • Proficient and experience with Microsoft Office, Photoshop, InDesign and Canva. Experience with Sierra Interactive is a plus • Highly Organized and excellent time management skills Compensation: $40,000 - $50,000 Depending on Experience
