    JOB DETAILS: Full-time or Part-Time - COMMISSION ONLY

    You would be serving middle-class families who would like us to show them options for mortgage protection life INSURANCE THAT WILL PAY OFF THEIR MORTGAGE IN THE EVENT OF A DEATH, DISABILITY, OR ILLNESS. The leads are high-quality, real-time, direct mail, and digital leads exclusive to our company. These homeowners provide us with a lot of personal information on the lead such as height, weight, home number, cell number, who to call, and when to call. Imagine having a steady stream of clients to contact who are expecting your call and know why you are calling.

    You will receive BEST-IN-CLASS REAL-TIME TRAINING and support designed to help you learn and grow quickly. However, the training doesn't end there, we are constantly evaluating how we can get better and sharing these insights every day in both formal and informal sessions you can join and take part in.

    We are actively hiring LICENSED OR NON-LICENSED AGENTS (that are willing to become licensed) who have a strong sales background to join our team! All of the training is company sponsored!

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    Connect with clients who have asked to see options for MORTGAGE PROTECTION INSURANCE

    LISTEN TO EACH CLIENT'S STORY and gather information

    Create well thought out insurance options designed to specifically meet the needs of each individual client and their families

    MEET WITH THOSE CLIENTS VIRTUALLY OR IN-PERSON to explain the options and how they can help their family

    Work with highly rated insurance carriers and their underwriters to approve your client's submitted applications

    Cultivate relationships with your new clients to help them with other possible financial needs such as debt reduction, retirement planning, and other insurance needs

    REQUIREMENTS: Required * LIfe Insurance License (we will help you get your license)

    The drive to be successful in everything that you do

    An ability to connect with customers that help build trust and form a relationship

    Be open to coaching, TRAINING, LEARNING, AND MOTIVATION

    Willingness to share your successes and failures with the team so everyone can grow their knowledge and careers A life and health insurance license or the willingness to get one (we will help with this)
