    The Paramount Funding Company is growing! We are seeking a qualified Business Systems and Operations Analyst to help us build and support our business systems and operational processes. The Business Analyst conducts business research/analysis, reviews systems, processes, and technologies on a project basis to provide an overall analysis with recommendations for process, system, and technology improvements. This important role provides analysis to department management with appropriate solutions to reduce costs, recommend automation and promote efficiency within the department. The ideal Business Analyst must have the ability to develop strong working relationships with all impacted teams they interface with on a daily basis. This role serves as a liaison role for both business and technical areas and should be adept at using data mining to extract information from data sets and identify correlations and patterns. Responsibilities: • Document findings of study and prepare recommendations for implementation of new systems, procedures, or organizational changes • Develop emergency management plans for recovery decision-making and communications, continuity of critical departmental processes, or temporary shut-down of non-critical departments to ensure continuity of operation and governance • Develop disaster recovery plans for physical locations with critical assets, such as data centers • Analyze data gathered and develop solutions or alternative methods of proceeding • Plan study of work problems and procedures, such as organizational change, communications, information flow, integrated production methods, inventory control, or cost analysis • Formulate mathematical or simulation models of problems, relating constants and variables, restrictions, alternatives, conflicting objectives, and numerical parameters • Confer with personnel concerned to ensure successful functioning of newly implemented systems or procedures • Analyze the impact on, and risk to, essential business functions or information systems to identify acceptable recovery time periods and resource requirements • Gather and organize information on problems or procedures • Analyzing business operations and strategies to identify new opportunities • Identify cost reductions to increase sales revenue • Implementing efficient customer communication and feedback channels • Using data mining to extract information from data sets and identify correlations and patterns • Identify practical solutions for business software system issues • Monitor company systems status and report any progress or changes • Research and estimate the costs of upgrades and improvements • Modify existing software to correct errors, adapt it to new hardware, or upgrade interfaces and improve performance • Correct errors by making appropriate changes and rechecking the program to ensure that the desired results are produced • Perform or direct revision, repair, or expansion of existing programs to increase operating efficiency or adapt to new requirements • Collaborate with senior managers and decision-makers to identify and solve a variety of problems and clarify management objectives • Develop and share SOPs for all routine processes • Other responsibilities as assigned Qualifications: • At least a year of experience with implementing and maintaining Salesforce or comparable CRM system • Proficiency in data analysis • Ability to analyze market and clients' business needs and determine related data processing requirements • Ability to utilize solid decision-making and problem-solving skills • Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with employees, vendors, clients • Ability to own, maintain and support all business systems and tools (ex. CRM, Lending Pad) • Advanced technological skills • Ability to integrate new software with existing business systems • Proven experience establishing new operations processes and procedures Compensation: $35,000 - $50,000 yearly
