    THE PARK ON MAIN HOTEL in beautiful Highlands, NC is seeking a PART-TIME FRONT DESK BUTLER to provide personalized, courteous, and prompt service to ensure a pleasant stay for the guests while following all standard operating procedures. 

    PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Efficient and timely execution of the shift checklists.
    • Set up and tear down of continental breakfast.
    • Serves as a primary point of contact for guests to provide services such as check in, check out, assistance making reservations, room issues or requests, or any other task requested by the guest.
    • Follows proper billing and cash handling procedures.
    • Displays high level competency in the property management systems.
    • Interacts with guests in a manner that is professional, ethical, and customer service driven.
    • Follows the proper work environment procedures regarding harassment, grievances, and substance abuse as outlined in the Columbus Hospitality handbook.
    • Provides professional and thorough communication (via email, property management system or verbal) to ensure guest satisfaction.
    • Interacts with guests in a manner that is professional, ethical, and customer service driven.
    • Provides excellent concierge services to guests by having a high level of knowledge of dining and recreational opportunities in the surrounding areas.
    • Answer all phones in a professional and courteous manner.
    • Any other task deemed necessary by the management team.

     

    Our attractive compensation package includes $13.00 hourly wage.

    REQUIRED SKILLS

    • Qualified candidates should be professional in appearance.
    • Possess above average communication skills.
    • Have a strong work ethic.
    • Exceptional customer service skills.

     

    REQUIRED EXPERIENCE

    • Customer service experience required.
