Job Description:

The Pavilion Rehab and Nursing is looking to hire a full-time experienced Scheduler to help with Scheduling, Orientation, and Assisting the current HR director with various projects. The optimal candidate should have minimal experience as a scheduler specifically in the Nursing Home Field. Must have good at multi-tasking and be a team player.Qualifications of Scheduler:Must have at least two (2) years of experience in health care.Must have one year of scheduling experience.High School equivalent education, Bachelor's degree preferred.Knowledge of corporate business management.Exhibit good verbal and written communication and public relations skills.Demonstrate autonomy, organization, assertiveness, flexibility, and cooperation in performing job responsibilities

Responsibilities:

• Scheduling, Orientation, and Assisting the current HR director with various projects.
• Maintaining a monthly schedule for all nursing staff
• Meet with clinical team and HR Director for daily staffing meetings

Requirements/Qualifications:

• Must have at least two (2) years of experience in health care.
• Must have one year of scheduling experience.
• Demonstrate autonomy, organization, assertiveness, flexibility, and cooperation in performing job responsibilities
• Exhibit good verbal and written communication and public relations skills.
