Job Description
We are seeking a Deployment (Technical & Support) Team Leads to join our team!
You will be handling imaging, deployment, and troubleshooting activities.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage deployment and desktop support activities
- Be a point of escalation from the deployment/ support teams
- Follow a detailed technical script provided
- Use Service Now for tracking and tickets
- Install Windows 10 on users machines
- Document and track deployments and assets as directed
- Escalate errors and issues to your project manager as required
- Resolve users issues and provide technical assistance with computer hardware and software
- Resolve issues for clients face to face
- Track customer issues and resolutions
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Previous team lead experience on a desktop deployment or roll-out project
- Service Now or other ticket system experience
- Proven customer service and client facing background
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Problem solver
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Ability to manage conflict and keep team members on task
- A+ or other technician certification is a plus
- Previous experience in IT, customer service, or other related fields
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills
- Positive and professional demeanor
