The Pediatric Place is a multidisciplinary pediatric private practice clinic located south of Kansas City, in Clinton, MO. We are seeking to hire a Registered Behavior Technician willing to join a multidisciplinary team of therapists to build an ABA program in our new Autism Center. Duties:

• Implement behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
• Provide direct one-on-one therapy to individuals with autism spectrum disorder (ASD)
• Collect and record data on client progress and behavior
• Assist with the development and implementation of individualized treatment goals
• Collaborate with the BCBA and other team members to ensure consistent and effective treatment strategies
• Support clients in developing social, communication, and daily living skills
• Maintain a safe and supportive environment for clients
