We offer lead management tools and resources to agents, including CRM systems and lead tracking software • We offer ongoing professional development opportunities, including advanced training courses Must live in the US Responsibilities: • Manage electronic and paper records and ensure all contracting paperwork is kept current • Develop a prospective customer base and advertise our insurance products through referrals, cold calling, networking, and other marketing strategies to secure new business • Determine new customers’ insurance needs, desires, insurance risk, prior coverage, and financial standing via booked consultations to ensure the best client experience possible • Process current policyholders’ insurance claims while monitoring the status of existing insurance claims • Provide warm and professional customer service while onboarding new clients and maintain existing clients, including booking appointments, inquiry response, insurance eligibility, claim submissions questions concerning billing and insurance policies Qualifications: • Candidates with an active Life & Health insurance license are strongly preferred • Previous customer service or experience as a sales representative preferred • Skilled with Microsoft Office • Background in the health insurance or life insurance industries preferred • Excellent verbal and written communication skills required • MUST be 18 years old • MUST live in the U.S Compensation: $125,000 at plan
