We offer lead management tools and resources to agents, including CRM systems and lead-tracking software • We offer ongoing professional development opportunities, including advanced training courses Must live in the US Responsibilities: • Ensure all contracting paperwork is up to date while maintaining databases, records, and bookkeeping • Identify new client insurance needs, insurance risk, goals, current coverage, and financial situation by scheduling meetings for new customers, ensuring a personalized experience • Assist current policyholders during the insurance claims process while overseeing existing insurance claims • Address existing and prospective customer requests in a prompt and friendly matter, including booking new meetings and responding to inquiries regarding billing, eligibility, coverage, claims, and insurance policies • Expand our prospective customer base and market our insurance products via including networking, referrals, cold calling, and various marketing strategies to bring in new business Qualifications: • Background in the health insurance or life insurance industries preferred • Familiarity with the Microsoft Office suite • Must have graduated high school or received GED, a Bachelor’s degree is desired • Client service experience as a sales representative a plus • Possesses outstanding interpersonal and communication skills • Active Life & Health insurance license is a strong bonus • Willing to get licensed within 30 days Compensation: $60,000 - $125,000 at plan Commission
